Yet, with a larger number of students, the school was not satisfied with that situation then. The school is located near a few prestigious feeder secondary schools (for Beijing and Qinghua Universities). Hence, with the understanding that the school could not compete with the students' intake (in terms of academic results) with these branded-schools, the school leaders strategically developed other niche areas of the school.
