Attended a sharing session conducted by the middle school Maths Department. The topic is on "How to conduct a Post-CA Lesson". Prior to this sharing, all pupils across all grades had sat for a mid-term assessment paper (just before the 1st-4th May Golden Week break). Immediately after the holiday break, the teachers returned the marked scripts to the students, and went through the answers with them during lessons. The nature of this sharing was to discuss about the do's and don'ts when conducting the Post-CA lesson.
The session commenced with the head of the middle school Maths Department establishing the rationale of this sharing session, and highlighted the importance of going through the assessment paper properly with the pupils so that quality feedback can be given and all pupils learn from their mistakes.
