After the School Song, it was followed by a speech by the HOD Character Education. In conjunction with the one-year anniversary of the Sichuan Earthquake, she spoke emotionally about lessons to be learnt after this earthquake. Indeed, it is important to seize such teachable moments to talk about real life issues, as well as values and perspectives that shape the way we view life and death. That is how they make Character & Value Education comes alive!
